Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat preferred)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, grated or finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of roasted cumin powder (optional but traditional)
- Dash of black pepper (optional)
- Splash of cold water or milk to thin, if needed
How The Alchemy Happens
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
Stir in cucumber, mint, and salt. Add cumin and pepper if using.
Adjust consistency with a splash of water or milk—should be creamy, not runny.
