Shrikhand

“This is how the gods must eat—with rose-scented breath and honeyed silence.”

Shrikhand

Shrikhand is a gently spiced yogurt dessert from western India, where strained yogurt is transformed into something divine. Fragrant with saffron, cardamom, and rose, it’s a dessert of stillness and splendor—cool on the tongue, warm in the heart. Traditionally served chilled, it’s a taste of comfort draped in silk.
